I know I say this a lot, but every night, I say my thank yous in my prayers for being blessed with some amazing clients. Clients who trust me, who welcome Bryan and I into their family bubble for an hour or two and who turn into friends. You can say that we might as well have been members of this family because without a flinch, we were welcomed into their home and family with wide-open arms. It has almost been a year since I have seen this family clan of five, but so much of their family dynamic has remained the same. Pete and Julie are still the care-free parents who love their three little munchkins to the moon and back. To them, the photos were not about “sitting and smiling” but more so about their fun and crazy life. Told through my camera. The kind of life that has Maureen hanging upside down from the monkey bars. Or Joe riding his bike and hanging out of Dad’s old car without a care in the world. Or Jack who takes big leaps, reads books quietly and laughs outloud when playing with his lawnmower. As for me, this was such a fun way to spend my morning. Because, it gave me the chance to document life for this ever so sweet family of five.
