It was at the end of the wonderful session with my good friend,
Laura and her VERY sweet family. As Bryan and I were packing up the camera equipment, Laura's mother and sister were expressing their gratitude of capturing the family. I went on to explain to them how much I love this. This being photography. All photography, but more specifically, photography that is free, candid, fun and catches the now moments. The kind of moments that recreate what exactly happened when that particular photo was being captured. The kind of moments that help you remember the cheering, Elmo playing in the background, husbands saying funny comments, babies smiling and a LOT of laughing, which is exactly what happened 15 minutes before the lovely conversation with Laura's mother and sister. By no means am I a photographer to just do a job or make money. I am a photographer because more than anything, I love being an artist who freezes memories, so that one day when Madeleine, Robbie, Andrew and Charlotte grow up, their parents can tell them of the story of what went on to get that photo of the four of them being in the now. Happy, young and full of unknown dreams!
What a beautiful family!

LOVE these two little ones!

Yes, excuse me while a piece of my heart melts!

I adored this little lady!

Catching the in-between moments!

So blessed!

Robbie, you are such a fun little guy! Seriously.

Beautifully said!

This photo was worth every moment of capturing it!
