The past four days has been nothing short of fun. Over-the-top-cannot-stop-smiling fun! It was a celebration with our families and friends, a celebration of birthdays and a celebration of just being happy! Because life is short so why not live it up as much as you can. Well to start our awesome weekend in St. Louis off, Bryan surprised me on our way home by telling me he got some friends of ours together to go to the BALLOON GLOW at Forest Park. Now, to some that may not be a big deal. However, to a gal like me, it was a VERY big deal. You see, I LOVE hot air balloons. So much that it is actually on our "Bucket List" to ride one of these bad boys within our lifetime. Not to mention, I was incredibly bummed that I was missing the same thing that was happening in Kansas City. So, to be able to get up close and personal with some hot air balloons on a gorgeous Friday evening made me feel ecstatic. And very, very happy! Needless to say, it was a wonderful start to a very fun and busy weekend filled with great company! Enjoy some of the shots I took.

I am pretty sure I told my friend, Stacy, that I want a pair of these fun, colorful wing things for my birthday next year. And, I would wear it with complete style.
