family: craig+melanie+chase

They are the definition of love. As in, you could go look up their names in the dictionary and there would be pictures of them beside the word love. They recite it through their I love yous. They show is through their kisses and affectionate personality towards one another. And, they carry it out by being themselves.

It began as high school sweethearts. It grew to them going their separate ways in college and making each weekend trip to see one another more worth it than the last. And, it ended when Craig asked her to marry him and spend their lives together. To raise a family and grow old together in the very town they grew up in.

Through their I love yous, their kisses and affectionate personality and each of them being their own individual selves, their very definition of love has grown stronger.

Craig and Melanie are two AH-MAZING role models as to what love is, what faith is and what it takes to make a strong marriage even stronger. Bryan and I experienced all of this within the two hours we got to spend with them. And, I fell in love. With Craig, Melanie and their little stud muffin, Chase.

I'm going to come out and say it. You can tell Chase has some awesome parents because of the way he is around anyone. He was one of the most well-behaved two year old I have come across, and I cannot say enough good things about this little stud. Except that he is going to break hearts left and right. Although, from what Melanie tells me, he is already quite the eye candy to his little gal friends! What I do not understand is how you can EVER get mad at this little man?

All I can say is this family makes my heart bubble with complete and utter joy. Inside and outside. And, it shows through each one of their photographs I got the honor of capturing!

Craig and Melanie, enjoy each of these. You have no idea how hard it was to pick my favorites because they were all my favorites! I am so happy I met the both of you a few months ago and am even happier I got the chance to do this!

Chase found some kind of bug on the building and was so fascinated by it that all I could get from him were smiles and excitement. Cute cute kid this little guy is!

Craig and Melanie, I am so glad 1. you all went to high school with Bryan 2. we came for an extended stay to Troy and St. Louis and 3. I gave you my word I would do this. Seriously, can all of you be any more of a gorgeous family?!
