Life is not created by picture perfect moments. It is seeing imperfect moments perfectly. I have learned this through the last few years. And, yet, I am sometimes blown away when I find those imperfect moments at unknown places and times. In the midst of chasing three VERY energetic kids, I watched a family of five create imperfect moments perfectly.
Bob and Brianne are two parents I adore. And, not once during the time I spent with them that Saturday did they force their kids to sit and smile for photos. They chased them. They laughed and kissed elbows. They watched worms crawl with Hayden. She blew bubbles with Gracie. He held Carter never wanting to let go. And at one point, Bob looked at me and said,
this is our life. With a smile. And, in that moment, I looked at the five of them and looked forward to the day where we could chase three little ones of our own, watch worms, blow bubbles and never let go. I just hope we do it with half the grace that Bob and Brianne do with raising three little and very adorable munchkins.
Bob and Brianne, thank you for reminding me why I love imperfect moments. They truly are perfect!
Meet Hayden. Don't be fooled by his three year old disguise. He is the sweetest.

This is Gracie. She is her mama's girl through and through!

Favorite #1.

This is Carter. You wouldn't believe he is Gracie's twin brother. But, he is. And, he is just the sweetest, most quiet little man.

This is Carter's best friend and grandpa.

This is their beautiful family. And, this picture is the reason why I adore this family.

3 generations of three VERY beautiful gals!

Did I forget to mention, she is also her daddy's little and ONLY girl?!

Just beautiful!

Favorite #2. If you ask me, I have no reason why except that I love it.
